Greg joined the Conservative Party while studying at Robinson College, Cambridge, from whence he graduated with first class honours in Modern History. A career in finance followed and he was first elected as an MP (for Hammersmith & Fulham) in 2005, moving to the newly formed Chelsea & Fulham constituency in 2010. His financial background has been reflected in the host of positions he has held in Government such as Chief Secretary to the Treasury and Minister for International Trade.
